I purchased a "Adidas : G6 / Staten Island", one of NYC series of adicolor. This one is totally designed by Bill McMullen, who are a graphic artist. Its design stands for Staten Island, which is located in the south of Manhattan. The green color seems to be suited perfectly to this pack not only with the nature of the borough but the Island's nearby and world famous Statue of Liberty.

Graphic artist Bill McMullen hails from San Diego, California. After moving to New York, Bill began working with Def Jam art department subsidiary, The Drawing Board. While there he worked with the founders Cey Adams and Steve Carr producing artwork for some of the biggest names in rap music.
Bill left The Drawing Board to pursue new creative endeavours such as the SwishNYC clothing label and his own, unique graphic-art piecies such as the Superstar/Star Wars inspired AD-AT and his more recent 'One Million' project.
Bill has collaborated with adidas to create a Foot Locker exclusive palette that represents one of the greatest cites on earth: New York.

However, I hesitate to buy one on account of its neccessity for charging with either one or two AA batteries.

The brand new album of Gym Class Heroes 'as cluel as school children' is finally now on sale today. To be honest, I had not known about them before coming to Toronto, however recently they have been very very good to me. This album is the second for them, but the first 'The Papercut Chronicles' is actually also cool. That is why I recommend you check it.
Gym Class Heroesのニューアルバム「as cluel as school children」が本日発売された。恥ずかしながら、このアーティストのコトを知ったのはトロントに来てからなのだが、これがまた最近の自分にしっくりくる。今作品は彼等にとってのセカンドアルバムだが、実はファーストアルバム「The Papercut Chronicles」もかなりイイ感じに仕上がっているので、そちらの方も是非チェックしてみてはいかがでしょうか。

I watched a MLB game, Blue Jays v.s. Mariners at Rogers Centre yesterday. Mariners was nipped by Blue Jays in 11th even though Ichiro had 3 hits.

I purchased the MoMA Ball Clock at National Gallery of Canada / Musee des beaux-arts du Canada in Ottawa City a few days ago. It has a dial
which is smaller than one you might think inside the glassball. That is how this dial is magnified enough to be seen in proper size. This clock has been deeply fascinating me by its simple appearance since I had had first sight of it.
先日、オタワ市内にあるNational Gallery of Canada / Musee des beaux-arts du CanadaにてMoMA Ball Clockを購入。ガラス球の中に予想以上に小さな文字盤があり、球面によってその文字盤が拡大されて適度なサイズで表示されると言った仕組み。一目見たその時から、そのシンプルな姿に深く魅了されている。

97% of people in Quebec City are french canadians, which means almost of the people here speak not English but French. Quebec City consists of 3 parts of area, the area surrounded by walls above the cliff, the old town, Vieux Quebec/Old Quebec, located below the cliff, and the new city located in west side of the old town.
ケベック・シティは人口の９７％をフランス系カナダ人で構成されている。つまり、公用語がフランス語であり、ほとんど英語が通じないという程である。ケベック・シティは大きく３つのエリアから構成され、「城壁に囲まれた崖上地区」、「崖下に位置する旧市街Vieux Quebec/Old Quebec」、そしてその西に姿を構える「近代的な新市街」から成る。
Place Royale in Old Quebec. It is said that this very place is the birthplace of Quebec.
